[PHOTOS] SEE WHAT HAPPENED IN THIS COMMUNITY IN DELTA STATE

By this period ever year, Ibuzor community in Delta State Nigeria observe the Ifejioku festival.

The festival is sub   dived into 3 grades of Ndi-Eze, Ndi-Nkalor and the Ndi Nkpisi.

The festival lasts from late August to Eraly Sept every year.

for each of the grouping, a market day which is EKE is set aside fort the grade to celebrate their Ifejioku which started with the Ndi-Eze and climax with the Ndi-Nkpisi yesteday. Yesteday marked the wrestling match for Npisi festival.

Prizes were awarded the winners, witnessed by the people and politicians.

On each of the days for set for grades, food are prepared by the women for the men to eat. people moved from house to house in their localities to eat specially made delicacies of Ofe Nsala na Egusi.

This festival preceeds the main festival of the celebration of the New yam festival.

Ibusa is the destination in this period of the years.
